Injured in an accident?

Direct answer. Use the facility name as well as the street address: the county lists Abram Pavilion and Abram Baseball Field at the same address. Keep the separate booking-office address out of your scene description unless that is where the event occurred. Then ask about a specific existing document.
Your task. Distinguish the pavilion, baseball field and booking-office references in Abram event papers before describing the location or asking about an existing document.
A three-way location comparison resolves two shared-address traps, followed by a short working-note checklist and separate facility-versus-copy enquiry prompts.
If you are organizing papers after an injury at an Abram gathering, an address alone may leave the setting unclear. The county’s listings help you separate the facility, the reservation enquiry and your own account of where something happened.
Resolve the shared address first
The county’s pavilion listing and its parks listing both use 2245 Domingo Trevino Drive, Mission, for their respective Abram facilities. The pavilion page separately directs reservation finalization to the Commissioner’s Office at 724 Breyfogle Road. Keep those roles distinct when reading an invitation, receipt or photograph.
| Name or role | Published address | How to use the reference | Sources |
|---|---|---|---|
| Abram Pavilion | 2245 Domingo Trevino Drive, Mission | Use the pavilion name if your own invitation or reservation identifies it. A matching address alone does not place an event inside that facility. | |
| Abram Baseball Field | 2245 Domingo Trevino Drive, Mission | Keep the baseball-field label when that is the location supported by your material. The shared street address does not make the two labels interchangeable. | |
| Reservation finalization | Commissioner’s Office, 724 Breyfogle Road, Mission | This is the office named for making and finalizing reservations. Do not substitute it for the place of an occurrence. |
Make a location note that preserves uncertainty
The parks page also lists a hike-and-bike trail and a community park at 724 Breyfogle Road. That address therefore needs context too. A useful working note separates what your material identifies from what you still need to confirm; it is not a county form or an official request requirement.
- Facility name exactly as it appears on your invitation, reservation or other existing document.
- Street address and the particular area you can support: for example, the field or a pavilion entrance. Leave an unknown area unresolved.
- Event date and approximate occurrence time, with the source of each detail. A booking date may be different.
- Existing reference number, organizer name or document title, if already known. Keep original files separate from your working summary.
Separate a facility question from a request for a copy
For a parks or reservation clarification, the department’s published contact is the Parks Office at 956-585-4509, extension 3013. The county also publishes a separate Open Records Division contact for governmental-record enquiries. Neither listing confirms that a particular incident report, booking document, photograph or recording exists or is held by that office.
- For a facility question: identify the pavilion or baseball-field listing and ask which location the existing reservation describes.
- For a copy: describe the specific existing document, its date and any known reference. If the holder is uncertain, ask about routing before assuming the parks office or county records office has it.
Keep the listing separate from the event evidence
These undated county pages identify published facilities and contact purposes. They do not show who attended your gathering, the arrangement of a room or field that day, or a feature’s condition. Keep any dated invitation, confirmation, message or image with its original context rather than using the current listing to fill those gaps.
